SHIPPING AND RETURNS


Everything you need to know before and after your order.

Processing time

All FadedFuture orders are carefully produced and quality checked before they ship. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Shipping time

Standard Shipping — 5 to 10 business days

Shipping times begin from the date your order is dispatched not the date it is placed.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $110.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Use that number to follow your order every step of the way.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Return window

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your delivery date we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

How to start a return

To start a return email us through the Contact page within your 10 day window. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item please return your original order and place a new order.

Final sale

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item contact us immediately through the Signal page with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
